Chronic Illness Counseling in Oregon and Washington

I am currently NOT accepting new clients. By submitting the form below, you are requesting an initial 15-minute free consultation (via secure video) to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

My fee is $190 per 50-minute session, payable by credit card at the time of service. I am not contracted with any insurance plans; however, if desired, I can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. (I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.)

I have been seeing clients online only since 2020. This provides more flexibility for my clients: Having a flareup? No problem—you can have your session at home in your pajamas. You don’t even need to get out of bed if you don’t want to. Plus, I can see clients who live in Portland, Seattle, and anywhere else throughout both states. However, I am only licensed to provide therapy in Washington and Oregon. Unfortunately, this means that even if your permanent address is in one of those states, but you are somewhere else temporarily (on vacation or a business trip, for example), licensing boards dictate that I can only meet with you online when you are physically present in either Washington or Oregon.

If we decide to work together after our initial consultation, I’ll make you an appointment for a full first session (scheduled about a week out so that you have time to complete the intake paperwork). If at any point we decide we’re not a great fit, I’ll give you the names of some other therapists I think you’ll work well with.
